Cliff and Scott’s 40+ years of combined experience makes a real difference to their clients. They rely on the Kings’ advice and knowledge regarding buying and selling a home – knowing they will make the process smoother and free of problems. If you are marketing your home, you can rely on Cliff and Scott to use the many tools they have at their disposal (including the internet, social media, home staging consults, 360 degree tours & print media) to sell your home quickly and for top market value.   The Kings sell homes and condos in every part of Winnipeg and outside the perimeter as well, having sold properties in La Salle, Gimli, Stonewall, Teulon, Garson, Pinawa, Niverville, Lorette, St Francis Xavier as well as many other towns just outside Winnipeg.

Cliff began his real estate career with Royal LePage Real Estate Services in 1985 after a long and successful career with Canadian Tire in Winnipeg, Vancouver and Steinbach. He was a top salesperson with Royal LePage and in 1988 was given the opportunity to become the Branch Sales Manager. During this time he led the branch to being the top Royal LePage branch in the Manitoba/Saskatchewan district.

In 1997, he saw the opportunity to become more involved with his own clients and he joined Century 21 where he soon received the Centurion Award, the highest honour that one can achieve as a salesperson with that company.

Then in 2003, Cliff joined RE/MAX as both a sales associate and a manager. Within a year, he became owner of the RE/MAX office on Henderson Highway and quickly opened two more RE/MAX offices on Roblin Boulevard and Academy Road.

In 2007, Cliff’s son Scott joined him in the real estate business as a full sales associate with RE/MAX. Scott benefitted extremely as he was learning from one of the best most experienced Realtors in the business, his father. He soon became an award winner with RE/MAX joining the exclusive 100% Club which was then followed by many Bronze and Silver Medallion Awards from the Winnipeg Realtors Association.

Today, Cliff and Scott are a formidable real estate partnership that offers the best in real estate service and results. Over 90% of their business is a result of repeat business or referrals from past clients. They are known for their easy going demeanor and expert advice and knowledge. With well over 40 years of real estate practice behind them, their clients know that they are working with someone that they can trust and rely on.
